Challenge 7: How can we transform cultural diversity into valuable resources at home?

It´s not difficult to notice that now in the schools there are a lot of people from different countries, cultures, religions... and also with different personal characteristics.
The aim of the teacher in the class is to try to teach somethings to all of them. It´s a hard work because of this diversity.
In the class we have been talking about cultural diversity and how can it determine the way to teach and to learn.
In my opinion the diversity it´s always a point to learn about other cultures, other ways to think, other ways to understand the world...
If the teacher who is in a class with cultural diversity knows how to exploit the resources he/she has, all the people in the class can learn a lot of things.
Some strategies the teacher can use in a multicultural class:
-A big map with marks in all the countries that have representation in class.
-A calendar with all the parties from different places/countries.
-Different decorations.
-Meetings with some of the parents who can teach about some specific aspect of a culture.
